Crystals have been used for millennia to heal and bring balance.
To gain maximum benefit from Crystal healing, you need to be treated by someone who is properly trained and well qualified. All crystal healers at the Centre have fully recognised 2 year training diploma certificates and insurance.A Crystal Healing session will last for approximately one hour and the therapist will ask you questions about yourself and maybe your lifestyle, before starting with a full body scan using crystals to find imbalances, blockages or lack of energy flow throughout your body. Then crystals will be applied and activated in patterns and layouts appropriate to what is required for you, to return to an improved state of balance. You will not usually be required to remove any clothing, except maybe your shoes for comfort, whilst laying down. Crystal Healing costs just £15 per session.
Spiritual Healing is now recognised as an acceptable form of healing within the National Health Service and the healers at the Centre are members of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
A healing session on Sundays consists of a body scan from head to toe, whilst sitting upright on a chair or if requested, laying on a therapy bed. Then the healer allows a flow of energy to blend with the recipient, creating a state of being conducive to relaxation and healing. Each session may last for up to half an hour. The cost of Spritual Healing is a minimum recommended donation of £3.
